How we handle your details.

The short version: we collect what you type into our waitlist form, we use it to get back to you, and we don’t sell or share it for marketing.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, work email, company, role, what brought you here, anything you write in the form, and when you’re looking to start. We also record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link, and your browser type, so we know how people find us.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to understand whether we’re a good fit, and to keep a record of the conversation. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where it’s stored

Form entries are stored in a database run by Supabase, hosted in Sydney. When a form comes in, an alert with the same details is emailed to our inbox through Resend, an email service based in the United States. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Each of these providers handles the data only to run their service for us.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and doesn’t track you across other sites.

Client work

Information we collect while working with a client, such as interviews and documents, isn’t covered by this page. It’s handled under the agreement we sign with that client, and the client keeps ownership of it.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Email hq@mesoralabs.com and we’ll show you what we hold, fix it, or delete it. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
